Recording a Mailbox Name

	Action	You Hear...
Step 1	Log in to Voice Mail.	Name, number of new messages and
		old messages, then the Voice Mail
		Activity Menu.
Step 2	Press [ 3 ] to administer a name or	Prompt to select greeting or name.

Step 3	Press [ 2 ] to administer a name.	Name Editing Menu.
Step 4	Choose an option:
	Press [ 0 ] to listen to the name.	The name (if one is recorded).
		Repeat Step 4.
	Press [ 1 ] to record the name.	Prompt to record the name.
Step 5	Record the name, then press [ 1 ].	Name Editing Menu.

Step 6 Choose an option:

[ ★ ] [ # ] to approve the name.

[ 2 ] [ 3 ] to play back the name.

[ 2 ] [ 1 ] to re-record the name.

[ ★ ][ D ] ([ ★ ][ 3 ]) to delete the name and use the one previously recorded.

Procedure is complete.

The name you just recorded. Repeat Step 6.

Return to Step 5.

Confirmation that the name was deleted. Return to Step 4.
