			•	1 - Permanent.
			The default value is 0.
		SUB_TYPE	Sub Type of license:			smallint
			•	0 - Base,
			•	1 - Addon.
			The default value is 0.
		VALID	Is this license still considered:			smallint
			•	0 - No,
			•	1 - Yes.
			The default value is 1.

			device, port etc.
		DOWNGRADE_TIME	Time when License is downgraded.			timestamp
