			because of exceeding max number of invalid login
			attempts.
		STATUS	User’s account status:		smallint
			•	0=Disabled
			•	1=Enabled
			Default value is 1.
		SOURCE_OF_CREATION	To identify the source for creating the user account.		smallint
			• 0= User created through Management
			•	application Client
				1= User created when authenticated through
				external server.
			NOTE: At present there is no direct use of this field
				however this can be referred in future to build
				certain reports.
			Default value is 0.
