GROUP_NAME	The name of the Encryption Group used to initialize	varchar	64
	the card. For recovery set cards, this identifies which
	group''s master key is backed up on the card.
CREATION_TIME	The date and time that the card was initialized. For	timestamp
	recovery set cards, this is the date and time the mas-
	ter key was written to the card. The default value is
	'now()'.
