[2] "Acceleration/deceleration method setting" control details and

setting

In the "acceleration/deceleration method sett ing", the acceleration/deceleration

processing method is selected and set. The set acceleration/deceleration

processing is applied to all acceleration/decelerat ion.

The two types of "acceleration/deceleration m ethod setting" are shown below.

(1) Automatic trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration processing

method

This is a method in which linear acceleration/deceleration is carried out

based on the acceleration time, deceleration time, and spe ed li mit valu e se t

by the user.

(2) S-pattern acceleration/deceleration processing method

In this method, the motor burden is reduced dur ing starting and stopping.

This is a method in which acceleration/deceleration is carr ied out gradually,

based on the acceleration time, deceleration time, speed li mit valu e, and

"Pr.35 S-pattern proportion" (1 to 100%) set by the user.

When the stepping motor is used, the S-pattern acceleration/deceleration

processing method cannot be carried out. W hen using this processing

method, ensure to use a servomotor.
