4.3.2 Wiring of the differential driver common terminal
When the differential driver output system ( QD75D1, QD75D2, QD75D4) is used, a
potential difference between commons ma y occur between the differential driver
common terminal and the differential recei ver common terminal of the drive unit. To
remove the potential difference between com mons, connect the differential driver
common terminal of the QD75D1/QD75D2/QD75D4 an d the differential receiver
common terminal of the drive unit.
When the common terminal of the drive unit is p hotocoupler-connected, the wiring to
the differential driver common terminal of th e QD75D1/QD75D2/QD75D4 is not
needed since a potential difference between c ommons does not exist.
(For the drive unit specifications, refer to the manual of the used drive unit.)
The following shows an example of wiring to t he differential driver common terminal of
the QD75D1/QD75D2/QD75D4.
Up to two cables can be connected to one diff erential driver common terminal. (For
details, refer to Section 3.1 "Performance specifica tions".
