cnfautocnf
Configure Auto Configuration
The cnfautocnf command enables or disables ILMI auto configurati on for a port. To use this command,
the port must be added but administratively down (via dnpnnport).
With auto-configuration enabl ed , t he ILMI slave side starts IL M I au to co n fig ur at io n to negotiate the
ATM layer parameters with its peer while ports come up. With auto-configuration disabled, the ILMI
slave does not start ATM layer parameter-negotiation whi le ports come up. Instead, the ILMI s lave uses
the local configuration paramete rs. The default state for auto-con figu ra ti on i s en ab le d.
