cnfsig
Configure Signalingconfigures signaling timers and crankback attempts for a port.
The cnfsig command lets you configure signaling timers for a port whether the port is up or down. The
new configuration applies to n ew incoming calls while existin g calls remain intact. In a dd it ion to
standard timers, this command lets specify the maximum number of crankbacks that PNNI can attempt
at a port. You must specify at least one of the optional parameters.

Syntax Description
portid The portid is the PNNI physical port. Th e f o rm at is
[shelf.]slot[:subslot].port[:subport]. See also PNNI Format, page 6-4.
-t301 The T301 timer.
Range: 150240 seconds
Default: 180
-t303 The T303 timer.
Range: 48 seconds
Default: 4
-t308 The T308 timer.
Range: 2045 seconds
Default: 30
