off: The background routing table of CTD is disabled.

-cdvBgTable Enable or disable the background routing table of CDV. The CDV parameter is
a component of cell transfer de lay, and is a q ual it y of se rv ic e ( Q oS ) d el ay
parameter associated with CB R a nd V B R service. Cell Delay Variation is the
variation of delay between cells, m easu r ed p eak t o pe ak .
on: The background routing table of CDV is enabled.
off: The background routing table of CDV is disabled.
