Clear all the alarm counters an d stat is t ics on t he specified line on the current c ar d. A ll co un te rs are

reset to 0. All statistical alarm s t ha t a re displayed by dspalms and dspalmcnt are cleared. The system

does not display a response unless it detects a syntax error.
