Keywords that specify the type of alarms to display:
•-sonetsec – Displays th e s e cti on a larms for the given sonet line ( b ay.line).
•sonetline – Displays the line alarms for the given sonet line (bay.line).
•-sonetpath –Display s th e path alarms for the given sonet li ne ( ba y.line).
•-ds3 – Displays the statist ica l a larms for the given DS3 line ( bay.line).
•-e3 – Displays the statis tical alarms for the given E3 l in e (bay.line ).
•-plcp – Displays the PLCP alarms for the given line (bay.line). Physical Layer
Convergence Procedure (PLCP) is the sp ec ification that maps ATM cells into
physical media, such as T3 or E3, and defines certain management information.
bay.line Specifies the type of line, the bay (1 or 2), and t he number of the li ne. The li ne numbe r
can be 1 to the highest numbered line on the back card.
