Creating a User Role

Procedure
Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Admin tab.
Step 2 Onthe Admin tab, expand All >User Management>User Services.
Step 3 Right-clickUser Services and choose Create Role.
Youcan also right-click Roles to access that option.
Step 4 Inthe Create Role dialog box, complete the following fields:
DescriptionName
Auser-defined name forthis userrole.
Thisname can be between 1 and 16 alphanumeric characters. You
cannotuse spaces or any special characters other than - (hyphen), _
(underscore),: (colon), and . (period), and you cannot change this name
afterthe object has beensaved.
Namefield
Alist of theprivileges defined in the system.
Clicka privilege to view a description of that privilege. Check the check
boxto assign that privilege to the selected user.
Privilegeslist box
HelpSection
Adescription of the most recent privilege you clicked in the Privileges
listbox.
Descriptionfield
Step 5 ClickOK.
