Providesdetails about the properties and status of the components of the server on
thefollowing subtabs:
Motherboard—Informationabout the motherboard and information about the
serverBIOS settings. You can also recover corrupt BIOS firmware from this
subtab.
CIMC—Informationabout the CIMC and its firmware, and provides access to
theSEL for the server. You can also assign a static or pooled management IP
address,and update and activate the CIMC firmware from this subtab.
CPU—Informationabout each CPU in the server.
Memory—Informationabout each memory slot in the server and the DIMM
inthat slot.
Adapters—Informationabout each adapter installed in the server.
HBAs—Propertiesof each HBA and the configuration of that HBA in the service
profileassociated with theserver.
NICs—Propertiesof each NIC and the configuration of that NIC in the service
profileassociated with the server. Youcan expand each row to view information
aboutthe associated VIFs and vNICs.
iSCSIvNICs—Properties of each iSCSI vNIC and the configuration of that
vNICin the service profile associated with the server.
Storage—Propertiesof the storage controller, the local disk configuration policy
inthe service profile associated with the server, and for each hard disk in the
server.
Ifthe server contains one or more SATA devices, such as a hard disk drive or
solidstate drive, Cisco UCS ManagerGUI displays the vendor name for the
SATAdevice in the Vendorfield.
However,Cisco UCS Manager CLI displays ATA in the Vendorfield and
includesthe vendor information, such as the vendor name, in a Vendor
Descriptionfield. This second field does not exist in Cisco UCS Manager
GUI.
