Mode.vNIC fabric failover is not supported in that
mode.If all Ethernet uplinks on one fabric interconnect
fail,the vNICs do not fail over to the other.
ifyou plan to associate one or more vNICs created from
thistemplate with a server that has an adapter which
doesnot support fabric failover, such as the Cisco UCS
82598KR-CI10-Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. If you do
so,Cisco UCS Manager generates a configuration fault
whenyou associatethe service profile with the server.

profileis createdif you choose this option.
VM—ThevNICs applyto allvirtual machines.A VM-FEX
portprofile is created if you choose this option.
