Deleting an Authentication Profile
Procedure
Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Servers tab.
Step 2 Onthe Servers tab, expand Servers >Policies.
Step 3 Expandthe node for theorganization where you want to create the policy.
Ifthe system does not includemultitenancy, expand the root node.
Step 4 Expandthe Authentication Profiles node.
Step 5 Right-clickthe IP pool you want to delete and choose Delete.
Step 6 Ifthe CiscoUCS Manager GUI displaysa confirmation dialog box, clickYes.
Creating an iSCSI Initiator IP Pool
Youcan create a group of IP addresses to be used for iSCSI boot. Cisco UCS Manager reserves the block of
IPaddresses you specify.
TheIP pool must not contain any IP addresses that have been assigned as static IP addresses for a server or
serviceprofile.
Procedure
Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe LAN tab.
Step 2 Inthe LAN tab, expandLAN >Pools
Step 3 Expandthe node for theorganization where you want to create the pool.
Ifthe system does not includemultitenancy, expand the root node.
Step 4 Right-clickIP Pool(iscsi-initiator-pool) and choose Create Block of IP Addresses.
Step 5 Inthe Create a Block of IP Addresses dialog box, complete the following fields:
DescriptionName
Thefirst IP addressin the block.Fromfield
Thenumber of IP addresses in the pool.Sizefield
