Configuring the Role Policy for Remote Users
Procedure
Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Admin tab.
Step 2 Onthe Admin tab, expand All >User Management>Authentication.
Step 3 ClickNative Authentication.
Step 4 Inthe Work pane, click the General tab.
Step 5 Inthe Role Policy for Remote Users field, click one of the following radio buttons to determine what happens
whena user attempts to log in and the remote authentication provider does not supply a user role with the
authenticationinformation:
NoLogin—The user is not allowed to log in to the system, even if the username and password are
correct.
AssignDefault Role—The user is allowed to log in with a read-only user role.
Step 6 ClickSave Changes.
