Creating a Service Profile Template from a Service Profile

Procedure

Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Servers tab.

Step 2 Onthe Servers tab, expand Servers >Service Profiles.

Step 3 Expandthe node for theorganization that contains the service profile that you want to use as the basis for

yourtemplate.

Ifthe system does not includemultitenancy, expand the root node.

Step 4 Right-clickthe service profile from which you want to create the template and select Create a Service Profile

Template.

Step 5 Inthe Create Template From Service Profile dialog box, complete the following fields:

DescriptionName

Thename of theservice profile template.

Thisname can be between 2 and 32 alphanumeric characters. You

cannotuse spaces or any special characters other than - (hyphen), _

(underscore),: (colon), and . (period), and this name must be unique

acrossall service profiles and service profile templates within the same

organization.

ServiceProfile Template Name

Selectthe organization that you want this template to be associated with.Orgdrop-down list

Thiscan be one of the following:

•InitialTemplate—Any service profiles created from this template

arenot updatedif thetemplate changes

•UpdatingTemplate—Any service profiles created from this
