Configuring the Password History Count
Youmust have admin or aaa privileges to change the password profile properties.
Procedure
Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Admin tab.
Step 2 Onthe Admin tab, expand All >User Management>User Services.
Step 3 Clickthe Locally Authenticated Users node.
Step 4 Inthe Password Profilearea, enter the number of unique passwords that a locally authenticated user must
createbefore that usercan reuse apreviously used passwordin theHistory Count field.
Thisvalue can be anywherefrom 0 to 15.
Bydefault, the HistoryCount field is set to 0, whichdisables the history count and allows users to reuse
previouslyused passwords atany time.
Step 5 ClickSave Changes.
Monitoring User SessionsYoucan monitor Cisco UCS Manager sessions for both locally authenticated users and remotely authenticated
users,whether they logged in through the CLI or theGUI.

Step 1 Inthe Navigation pane, clickthe Admin tab.
Step 2 Inthe Admin tab, expandAll >User Management.
Step 3 Clickthe User Servicesnode.
Step 4 Inthe Work pane, click the Sessions tab.
Thetab displays the following details of user sessions:
DescriptionName
Thename for thesession.Namecolumn
Theusername that is involved in thesession.Usercolumn
Thefabric interconnect that the user logged in to for the session.FabricID column
Thedate and timethe session started.LoginTime column
