show ap connection

Syntax show ap connection [ap-numserial-id serial-ID]

ap-num

Number of a AP for which to display information about its active

connection.

serial-id serial-ID

AP serial ID.

Defaults

None.

Access

Enabled.

Usage The serial-idparameter displays the active connection for the specified AP even if that AP is not configured on this WSS. If you instead use the command with the ap-numparameter or without a parameter, connection information is displayed only for APs that are configured on this WSS.

This command provides information only if the AP is configured on the switch where you use the command. The switch does not need to be the one that booted the AP, but it must have the AP in its configuration. Also, the switch that booted the AP must be in the same Mobility Domain as the switch where you use the command.
