serial-number
Use the serial-number command to specify that a serial number will be included in the certificate request.
Syntax Description
No subcommands.
Default Values
By default, this command is disabled.
Applicable Platforms
This command applies to the NetVanta 300, 1000R, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 and Total Access 900
Series units.

Release 5.1 Command was introduced.
Functional Notes
By default, this command is set to no serial-number, which means that the serial number is not included
in the certificate re qu e sts.
Usage Examples
The following example configu res AOS to include a serial number in the certificate request:
