Field

Description

VLAN

VLAN number.

 

 

Name

VLAN name.

 

 

 

Administrative status of the VLAN:

Admin Status

Down—The VLAN is disabled.

 

Up—The VLAN is enabled.

 

 

 

Link status of the VLAN:

VLAN State

Down—The VLAN is not connected.

 

Up—The VLAN is connected.

 

 

Tunl Affin

Tunnel affinity value assigned to the VLAN.

 

 

 

Member port of the VLAN. The port can be a physical port or a virtual port.

 

• Physical ports are 10/100 Ethernet on the switch, and are listed by port number.

 

• Virtual ports are tunnels to other switches in a mobility domain, and are listed as follows:

Port

t:ip-addr, where ip-addr is the system IP address of the switch at the other end of the

 

tunnel.

 

Note: This field can include AP access ports and wired authentication ports, because MSS

 

dynamically adds these ports to a VLAN when handling user traffic for the VLAN.

 

 

Tag

Tag value assigned to the port.

 

 

 

Link state of the port:

Port State

Down—The port is not connected.

 

Up—The port is connected.
