Chapter 4 Managi ng Chassis Chassis Inventory

Version

Displays the SNMP version.

SNMP Version—Allows you to choos e the SNMP versi on. Note that Cisco 12000 /107 20 Router

Manager re lease 3.0 do es not support SNM Pv3.

Trap Generation

Enable—Click Enable to enable trap generat ion for the selected chassi s. T raps generated by the selected

chass is a re sent to Cisc o 12000/ 10 720 Ro ut er M ana ger w h ich is c onfigured i n the C isco 12 000 Seri es

Router device.

Disable—Click Disable to disable trap generation for the selected chassis. No traps will be generated

by the selected chassis.
