Step 3 Enter the following information:
12000 Chassis Name —Type in a name (including prefix and suffix) for the chassis you are deploying.
A de fa ult p ref ix a ppea rs (f or e xam ple, “12008”). You can delete this prefix and use your own, or you can
keep it a nd a dd yo ur own suffix. Thi s n ame mu st be uniqu e.
IP Addre ss—Typ e in the IP addre ss for the chassi s you are deploying.
Subnet Ma sk—The subne t mask for the I P a ddress of the c hassis.
SNMP Details—Type in the SNMP read and write communities, and select the SNMP version. The
default SNM P versio n is 2c .
Chassis Initial State—Specify the initial state for the chassis after deployment. The default initial state
of the chassis is decommission. When the user selects commission, the chassis is automatically
commi ssioned upon deploymen t.

Step 4 Click Forward to contin ue. The Depl oyment Wizard-Views window appea rs.
