Launchi ng the Interface Configuration Windows

the 12000 Series Router chassis. This is not applicable to the Cisco 10720 Router chassis. For details on

CAR and WRED configurati on windows, see Chapter 11, “Layer 3 QoS.”

Launching th e Interface Con figuration Wind ows

Table 8-2 displays the Interface Configuration windows that can be launched from each object type. For

example, th e ATM In ter face Configu ratio n w ind ow can b e laun ch ed f rom a Sit e, Cha ssis, Mo dule , or

ATM Interface object.

Note Table 8-2 lists the menu options to launch the interface configuration dialogs from the site level.

Note Commissioning/decommissioning an interface is only av ailable from the Generic Interface

Configuration window. Refer the “Configurin g and Comm i ssioning a Ge neri c In t erface”

section on page 8-4.
