General Tab
The General tab (see Figure 4-10 on pa ge 4 -21 ) displays three areas: Ch assis Availability, LED Status,
and Cisco Contact Details.

Chassis Availability

The Chassis Availab ility area contains attributes that reflect the availability of th e chassis, as follows:
Up TimeDisplays the up time after the last reset.
Last C hange d TimeDisplays th e time the c hassis hardware was last m odified.
Note Software and configuration changes through IOS CLI & SNMP are detected by SYSLOG and
ConfigManEvent traps (see Chapter 18, Fault Management, f or furt her i n forma tio n) and t he E vent
Command H ist ory Table tha t c an be l aun ch ed fr om t he C has sis .
Last Restart ReasonDisplays the reason for the last restart.
Last Authentica tio n Failure AddressDisplays the la st author izat io n fa ilu re IP add res s for the sele cte d
chassis. The Last Authentication Failure Address field refers to the fact that the SNMP agent on the
Cisco 1 2000/ 107 20 Rou ter ha s re ce ived a protoc ol messa ge tha t is no t p roper l y aut hent ic ated . T he I P
address is the source of the message. This is a security issue which should be investigated.

LED Stat us

The LED Status area is not applica ble to Cisco 12000/1072 0 Router Ma nager.

Cisco Contact Details

The Cisc o Contact Det ails area displays any provided Cisco contac t details.

Power Supply Tab

The Power Supply tab (see Figure 4-11 on page 4-22) displays two areas: Power Supply and Voltage.

Power Supply

The Power Supply are a displays the fo llowing inform ation for each power supply (in tabular forma t):
DescriptionTextual inform ation for the power supply.
StateCurrent state of the power supply. Possible state values can be Normal, Warning, Critical,
Shutdown or Not Present.
