IP Configuration
Viewing the IP Configuration Window
To view the IP Configuration window, proceed as follows:
Step 1 Right-cl ick a sele cted IP line card or IP interface , then cho ose Cisco 12 000/ 10720 Manag er>
Configuration>IP>Configuration. The IP Configuration wi ndo w appears, with the Generic P arameters
tab disp layed.

Step 2 Choose a Chassis, Module, and IP Interface fro m the lists displ ayed at the left of the window.
Configuring an IP Interface
To configure an IP Interfa ce, fo llow these step s:
Step 1 Open the IP Int erfac e Co nfigurat ion wi ndow. See “Viewing the IP Configuration Window” section on
page 8-14 for fur the r det ai ls.
Step 2 Choose a Chassis, Module, and IP Interface fro m the lists displ ayed at the left of the window.
