The icons displayed in the CEMF Manager and Event Manager panels on the Launchpad represent the

applicatio ns provided by this Cisco EMF installa tion. Extra icons may appear wh en additional packag es

are installed. The icons (see Figure 3-3) represent the standard Cisco EMF tools.

Launching an Application

From the L aunc hpa d, click the desired icon. The application is launched. A “busy” icon a nd a mes sag e

in the stat us bar is disp layed dur ing launc h. More than one i nstance of an appli cation can be opene d at

any time.

Note If an application is already open, it appears in the Windows list. Click Window and choose the

application you require from the drop down menu.
