BGP Configuration
Network Addre ss—The is u se d t o c onfigure t he I P a ddr ess of a n etwor k to b e ad vertise d thro ugh BGP.
Network Mask—This is used to configure the subnet mask of the network to be advertised
Action
Add Network Entry—Clicking on the Add Network Entry button, adds the network entry on the device.

Remove Network Entry—Clicking o n t he Rem ove Network Ent ry button, rem oves the ne twork e ntr y
from the device. Thus, the user is able to remo ve the netw orks associated with the BGP routing process.
Viewing the Neighbor Tab on the BGP Configuration Window
The Neighbor tab displays the connection related information for the BGP Neighbors. Each entry
corresponds to a BGP Neighbor . The user can add or remove the neighbor configurations on the device.
To view the N eigh bor t ab o n the BG P C onfigurati on window fo r a ch assi s, p roc eed as f ol lows:
Step 1 Right click on the chassis object and choose Configuration>BGP>BGP Configuration. See Tabl e 14-1
on page 14-2 f or info rmat ion on whic h o bject s all ow you t o launc h the BG P Configuratio n wi nd ow.
Step 2 Click on the Neighbor tab.

Step 3 Choose the chassis from the left side of the window.
