Chapter 15 MPLS Management Fault Management for MPLS LDP
Target Peer Address—The value of the internetwork layer address used for the Extended Discovery.
Optional Parameters—This attribute specifies whether or not the optional parameters for the LDP
Initialization Message is set or not.
Discontinuity Time—The value of sysUpT ime on the most recent occasion at which any one or more of
this entity’s counters suffered a discontinuity.
Storage Type—The storage type for the LDP entry.
Entity Statistics Tab
The Entity Statistics tab displays statistics for each LDP entity config ured on a router. The Entity
Statistics tab (see Figure 15-10) displays a single Entity Statistics area.

Entity Statistics
The Entity Statistics area displays a read-only table which expand s on the information provided in the
“Entity Tab” section on p age 15- 19. The purpose of this table is to disp lay statistical information abo ut
the LDP Entities on the LSR. The table displays the following information:
Loca l L D P Id —Displays the LDP identifier.
Index—Thi s index is used as a se condary index to unique ly iden tify th is row.
Attempted Sessi ons—A count o f the total attempted sessions for this LDP Entity.
Session Rejected No Hello Errors—A count of the Session Rejected/No Hello Error Notification
Messages sent or re ceived by this LDP Entity.
