Starting Performance Logging for a Selected Interface

Starting performance logging allows performance data to be gathered for the selected interface.
Performa nce pol ling occur s every polling pe riod (15 mi nutes) . Performa nce dat a is then gathe red and
stored fo r historic al review. Current performa nce data ca n be viewed in the Int erface Perfo rmance
window, or you can view historical performance data in Performance Manager.
Note You must start performance logging if you want to view historical data in the Performance Manager . You
do not nee d to ha ve pe rformance lo gging enabled on an inter face t o vie w the curr ent data in th e Interfac e
Performa nce wi ndow.
