Select Tunnel
The Select Tunnel area displays the following information:
Tunn el I d—D ispla ys the tunn el iden tification num ber.
Instance—Displays the tunnel instance of the LSP. It is useful to identify multiple instances of tunnels
for the pur poses of ba ckup and pa rallel tunnels.
Ingress L SR—D isplays the sour ce IP ad dress of the LSP.
Egress LS R—Displays th e egress LSR IP addres s.
General
The General area displays the following information:
Maximum Hops Number—The maxim um number of hops that ca n be speci fied for a tunnel on this
device.
TE Distribution Protocol—The tr affic engin eeri ng d is tri bution p rotoc ol( s) use d by thi s LSR . No te th at
an LS R ma y su pport mor e than o ne distri bution pr ot ocols simul tan eously. Possible values are othe r,
ospf, and is is.
Configured Tu nnels Nu mber—The n umb er o f t unne l s con figure d on th is device.
Active Tunnels Number—The num ber of tunn els active on this device.
Head Tunnel Setup Tab
The Head Tunnel Setup tab displ ays the infor mations spe cific to the head tunnel s availa ble on the
managed ch assis.
Note Though the Head Tunnel Setup tab lists all the LSP tunnels in the Select Tunnel area, this tab provides
information specific to Head T unnels. For more informa tion rega rding LSPs select the LSP Se tup Tab or
the LSP Hops Tab.
