Usage

REPort SCan CHains

Description

Displays a report on all the current scan chains.

The Report Scan Chains command provides the following information in a report for each scan chain:

∙Name of the scan chain

∙Name of the scan chain group

∙Scan chain input and output pins

∙Length of the scan chain

Examples

The following example displays a report of all the scan chains:

add scan groups group1 scanfile

add scan chains chain1 group1 indata2 outdata4 add scan chains chain2 group1 indata3 outdata5 report scan chains
