Command Dictionary Delete Faults

Examples

The following example deletes a stuck-at-0 fault from the current fault list after adding all the faults to the circuit, but before performing an ATPG run:

set system mode atpg add faults -all

delete faults i_1006/i1 -stuck_at 0 run
