A literal that specifies for the tool to develop or select ATPG patterns for the
toggle fault model.
•TRansition
A literal that specifies for the tool to develop or select ATPG patterns for the
transition fault model.
•Path_delay (FastScan Only)
A literal that specifies for the tool to develop or select ATPG patterns for the
path delay fault model.
