ANS0101 Unable to open message repository file name.
Explanation: The message repository file cannot be opened.
SystemAction: TSM is unable to complete the requested operation.
User Response: Makesure the file in your DSM_DIR is set up properly, or the
language specified in the option file is supported. If the problem continues, see your
system administrator for further help.
ANS0103 Error trying to read headerrecord from message repository file name.
Explanation: The message repository file header record cannot be obtained.
SystemAction: TSM is unable to complete the requested operation.
