Acopy group serialization value that specifies that a file must not be modified
during a backup or archive operation. TSM attempts to retry the backup or archive
operation a number of times; if the file is in use during each attempt, TSM will
back up or archive the file on its last try even though the file is in use. See also
serialization. Contrast with dynamic,shared static, and static.

which files are bound, and the include-exclude list. Synonymous with hierarchical
