TN798 Processor Circuit Pack LEDs
The front panels of the Processor circuit pac k and the Maintenance circ uit pack
are identical. Each has two group s of LEDs. One group indicates the status of the
pack, and the other g roup (which includes the Major, Minor, and Warning alarms
described in the ‘‘Alarm and Error Reporting’’ section) reflec ts maintenance
conditions in the entire system. See Figure 1-26.
Red (a larm )the system has detected a fault in this circuit pac k.
NOTE:
Alarms on the PROCR, PR-MAINT, MEMORY, and PR-MEM MOs are
indicated b y the red LED on the Processor circuit pac k.
Green (test)the system is running tests on this circ uit pack.
Yel lo w ( bu sy )this c ircuit pack is in use.
MAJOR ALARMS (red)
MINOR ALARMS (red)
EMERGENCY TRA NSFER (red )indicates emerge ncy transfer has been
invoked
NOTE:
If the AC power cord is unp lugged, the emerg ency transfer feature
invokes, however the EMERGENCY TRANSFER LED (red) is not lit
due to loss of AC power.
