The following example shows the output from the status trunk 78 (trunk g roup
only) command.
Field descriptions
Service State Trunk service state:
in-service/active, in-servic e/idle, out-of-service-NE,
out-of-service-FE, maint-NE/active, maint-FE/active, maint-NE/idle,
and maint-FE/idle.
NE (Near End; switch) and FE (Far End; PRI terminal adapter or any
device that terminates the D-c hannel signaling) refer to whic h
“end” of the B-c hannel has placed t he facility in the current state.
Maintenance
Busy Whether any maintenance testing is bein g performed
CA-TSC State State of the temporary signaling c onnection (used to pass c all
information over PRI signaling links)
Member Trunk group number/group member number (1-99/1-99).
Port Port location (cabinet-carri er-slot-circuit)
