c. Error Type 18System Technician has busied out the trunk to the
out-of-service state. No calls c an be made on this trunk exce pt the Facility
Access Test Call. For details on this feature, refer to "Facility Test Calls"
section in Chapter 5, "Routine Maintenance Procedures".
d. E rror Type 130This error type indicates that the circ uit pack has been
removed or has been insane for more than 11 minutes . To clear the error,
reinsert or rep lace the c ircuit p ack.
e. Error Type 257The DS1 Interface circuit pack detec ts a hardware fault.
Aux Data 57392 indicates no external release on PBX disconnect.
f. Error Type 513The DS1 Interface circuit pack detec ts a hardware fault.
Aux Data 57393 indicates b elated external release on PBX disconnect.
g. E rror Type 769The DS1 Interface circuit pack d etects a hardware fault.
The Aux Data field contains the following error type:57484, fault is
detected on tip /ring.
h. The DS1Interface circuit pack de tects a hardware fault, and the Aux Data
field contains the following error type: 51200, port is unavailab le. Run the
Dial Tone Test (#314) and follow proced ures.
i. Error Type 1793DS1 Interface circ uit pack is out-of-service . Look for
UDS1-BD errors in the Hardware Error Log if the port is on a TN464 UDS1
board. Refer to the UDS1-BD (DS1 Trunk Circuit Pack) Maintenance
documentation for details
j. Error Type 2049—With the following Aux Data:
Aux Data 57473—Rotary dial rate below 8 p ulses per second.
Aux Data 57474—Rotary dial rate above 12 pulses per second.
Aux Data 57475Rotary Dial interdigit time is too shor t.
The DS1 interface circuit pack d etects a hardware error on the DS1 DIOD
trunk. The trunk can not communicate with the far-end because it is unabl e
to interpret digits sent from the far-end switch. Check with the far-end
switch or Operating Comp any for proper trunk c onnection.
k. Error Type 2305—Recorder message, trunk could not be seized (Aux Data
50944). Run Test #314 and follow the outlined procedures.
l. Error Type 2562Retry Failure error. This error is logged only. It is not a
hardware failure and hence d oes not start any testing or generate any
alarms. This error comes from call proc essing and is generated when a
second attempt (retry) to seiz e an outgoing trunk fails.
m. Error T ype 2817Glare error. This error is logged only. It is not a hardware
failure and hence does not star t any testing or generate any alarms. This
error is the result of a simultaneous seizure of a two-way trunk from both
the near-end and the far-end . Attempt to place the c all again. If the error
persists, execute the Dial Tone Seizure Test (#314) and follow those
procedures.
