Signaling Link Board Check (#643)

This nondestructive test checks the health of the ATM TN230X Trunk circuit pac k

hardware. The test runs on a periodic or scheduled basis, during initialization

testing, and upon d emand.

NOTE:

The board-level maintenance is hand led independ ently of the ATM-CES

signaling link maintenance, raising the possibility of inconsistent states.
