1 FAIL The Administered TSC is not active (far-end).

1. Reissue the test tsc-administered com mand.

2. Verify that the Administered TSC no de on the other s ide of the netwo rk

is active.

3. Disable and enable the Administered TSC.

4. Retry the test tsc-administered command.

2 FAIL Facility IE (Information Element) reject.

1. Check all other nodes in the network, and make sure Administered

TSC is active.

PASS The Administered TSC responded to a heartbeat.
