Typographic conventions
This document uses the following typographic conventions:
Information you type at the management te rminal is shown in the following
typeface: list system-parameters maintenance.
Information displayed on the management terminal sc reen is shown in the
following typeface: login.
Keyboard keys are shown in the following typeface: Ente r.
The following conventions desc ribe the systems referred to in this d ocument.
The word “system” generally refers to the DEFINITY Enterprise
Communications Server.
Circuit pack cod es (such as TN798 or TN2182B) are shown with the
minimum acceptab le alphabetic suffix (like the “B” in the co de TN2182B).
Generally, an alphabetic suffix highe r than that shown is also accep table.
However, not every

vintage

of either the minimum suffix or a higher suffix
code is necessarily acceptable.

The term “ASAI” is synonymous with the newer CallVisor ASAI.
