This command performs hard ware diagnostic tests on the p acket interface c ircuit
packs in a spec ified carrier. Tests performed inc lude local memory c hecksum
tests and checks of failu re counters.

Test No The test being executed
Result Test result: Pass, Abort, Fail, No Board, Disabled, Extra Bd.
Error Code Numeric code exp laining why the release failed or ab orted. Refer
to the detailed list of the cod es by test number for eac h MO.
