Memory Card MOs Affected b y This Command

NOTE:
While this option does not automatically d owngrade CAP-MEM alarms,
changes to this options ma y downgrade alarms to warn ings. This alarm
raises when memory card translation c apacity exceed s 98% and is
intended to alert Services that la rger flash cards may be required.

This command upgrad es secondary D-channe l in specified signali ng groups to
primary D-channels. Current p rimary D-channel then revert to second ary
D-channels. A signaling g roup is a collection of B -channels that designate sing le
D-channels or a set of D-channels sig nals over an ISDN-PRI.
