Display all information on BGP, including BGP events, keepalives, notifications, and updates.

Syntaxdebug ip bgp [ vrf vrf-name A.B.C.D X:X:X:X::X peer-group

peer-group-name] [in out]

To disable all BGP debugging, use the no debug ip bgp command.

Parameters

vrf vrf-name

Enter the keyword vrf and then the name of the VRF to

 

 

 

debug BGP information corresponding to that VRF.

 

 

NOTE: Use this attribute to debug BGP protocol

 

 

operations corresponding to either a default or non-

 

 

default VRF.

Enter the IPv4 address of the neighbor in dotted decimal

 

 

format.

 

X:X:X:X::X

(OPTIONAL) Enter an IPv6 address.

 

peer-group

Enter the keywords peer-groupthen the name of the peer
