Usage
Information
BGP to IS-IS redistribution supports “match” options using route maps. You can set
the metric value, level, and metric-type of redistributed routes by the redistribution
command. You can “set” more advanced options using route maps.
Example FTOS(conf)#router is
FTOS(conf-router_isis)#redistribute bgp 1 level-1 metric 32
metric-type
external route-map rmap-isis-to-bgp
FTOS(conf-router_bgp)#show running-config isis
!
router isis
redistribute bgp 1 level-1 metric 32 metric-type external
route-map
rmap-isis-to-bgp
redistribute ospf
Redistribute routing information from an OSPF process.
Syntax redistribute ospf process-id [level-1| level-1-2 | level-2]
[match {internal | external}] [metric metric-value] [metric-
type {external | internal}] [route-map map-name]
To return to the default values, use the no redistribute ospf process-id
[level-1| level-1-2 | level-2] [match {internal | external}]
[metric metric-value][metric-type {external | internal}]
[route-map map-name] command.
Parameters process-id Enter a number that corresponds to the OSPF process ID to
be redistributed. The range is from 1 to 65355.
metric metric-
value
(OPTIONAL) The value used for the redistributed route. Use a
metric value that is consistent with the destination protocol.
The range is from 0 to 16777215. The default is 0.
