clear ip msdp sa-cache

Clears the entire source-active cache, the source-active entries of a particular multicast group, rejected, or local source-active entries.

Syntaxclear ip msdp sa-cache [group-address rejected-sa local]

Parameters

group-address

Enter the group IP address in dotted decimal format

 

(A.B.C.D.).

rejected-sa

Enter the keywords rejected-sato clear the cache

 

source-active entries that are rejected because the RPF

 

check failed, an SA filter or limit is configured, the RP or

 

MSDP peer is unreachable, or because of a format error.

local

Enter the keyword local to clear out local PIM advertised

 

entries. It applies the redistribute filter (if present) while

 

adding the local PIM SA entries to the SA cache.
