Copy files from FTP server to switch

copy

Copy one file to another location. Dell Networking OS supports IPv4 and IPv6 addressing for FTP, TFTP, and SCP (in the hostip field).

copy compressed-configsource-file-url destination-file-url

Enter the following location keywords and information:

compressed- Enter the keyword compressed-configto copy one file,

configafter optimizing and reducing the size of the configuration file, to another location. Dell Networking OS supports IPv4 and IPv6 addressing for FTP, TFTP, and SCP (in the hostip field).

To copy a file	enter flash:// followed by the

To copy a file on a NFS mounted system

enter nfsmount://<mount-point/ filepath

NOTE: While switching to a remote NFS file system, it is mandatory to specify the mount-point that indicates the working directory on the NFS file system. You cannot enter the root directory of the remote NFS file system.
