static-bind mac-address

Syntax static-bind mac-address mac-address

undo static-bind mac-address

View DHCP address pool view

Parameter mac-address: The MAC address of a static binding, in the format H-H-H.

Description Use the static-bindmac-addresscommand to specify the MAC address of a static binding in a DHCP address pool.

Use the undo static-bindmac-addresscommand to remove the MAC address of a static binding from a DHCP address pool.

By default, no MAC address is specified.

Note that:

Use the static-bindmac-addresscommand together with the static-bindip-addresscommand to complete a static binding configuration.

If you use the static-bind mac-address or static-bind client-identifier command repeatedly, the latest configuration will overwrite the previous one.

Relate command: dhcp server ip-pool,static-bind client-identifier and static-bind ip-address.

Example # Bind the client MAC address 0000-e03f-0305 to the IP address 10.1.1.1 with the mask 255.255.255.0 in DHCP address pool 0.
