4. A list configuration command shows that the circ uit pack and
ports are properly install ed.
The circuit pack is isolated from the system and all trunks of this circ uit
pack are placed into the out-of-service state. The system will try to restore
the circuit pack w ithin 15 minutes. When no faults are detected for 15
minutes, the DS1 Interface circuit pac k is restored to normal operation. All
trunks of the DS1 Interface circuit pac k are then returned to the in-service
state. If the error recurs after 15 minutes, then replac e the circuit pack .
r. For later releases of G3V4 and beyond, only error 3073 will show t hat this
board is receiving Slips and the AUX data shows the last Slip coun t that
was reported.
s. For later releases of G3V4 and beyond, only error 3329 will show t hat this
board is receiving mi sframes and the AUX data shows the last misframe
count that was reported.
t. This error is not service-affecting and can be ignored.
u. Error 3900 is used to give status information on a CPE Loopb ack Jack
Test. The value in the Aux Data field indicates the status of the loopb ack
test.
v. Error 3901 is used to give status information on a Far CSU Loopbac k Test.
The value in the Aux Data field indicates th e status of the loopback test.
w. Error 3902 is used to give status information on a One-Way Span Test. The
value in the Aux Data field indic ates the status of the span test.
x. Error type 3999 indicates that the c ircuit pack sent a larg e number of
control channel messages to the s witch within a short period of time . If
error type 1538 is also present, then the c ircuit pack was taken
out-of-service due to hype ractivity. If error type 1538 is not present, then
